How to Shop ?

Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART button below each item.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the CART link at the top of the page. In case you wish to delete an item you can use the REMOVE FROM CART link to delete items from your shopping bag.

 Click on CHECKOUT to complete your order by selecting the mode of payment.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. To view prices and buy the selected merchandise, please login or register as a new user. By registering with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your TLL Shop account:
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Request your return or exchange directly from your account
- Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
- To create an account, simply click on 'SIGN IN' and then 'REGISTER NOW' to fill in your details.

 

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email  care@theluxurylabel.in to show interest and we would try to custom make it.

 

Is it safe to shop on the Net ?

E-commerce is a fast growing industry. Customers all over the world shop online and this has made the cyberspace a huge supermarket. We offer the best of Indian Designers right at your doorstep. We use class leading encryption technology to keep your personal information safe.

Payments made on the net are through secure third party payment gateways. All payments within India are additionally secured through second level authentication as mandated by RBI. (Like a one time password or Visa Secure).

As a merchant we do not have access to your card details. They are handled by the secure third party payment gateway.

 

What if my order is received in a damaged condition?

Domestic customers: Each order is packed in a tamper proof packet. Please do not accept the packet in case you feel the same has been tempered with. Inside the item/garment would be packed in a beautiful black box which would protect the garment or item in transit.

Despite our best efforts, in case you find the garment / item damaged on receiving, immediately let us know at care@theluxurylabel.in. We would try our best to set things right by either getting it repaired or giving you credit for the said amount to shop at stylearrest.com.

Is Cash on Delivery Option available ?

*Cash on delivery (CoD) is a payment option available for orders that are to be delivered in India only. The delivery is done by FedEx so the area should be an area which FedEx services under the CoD model. This facility is available for goods upto a maximum of Rs50,000.

No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the User under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option. A fee of Rs 60 is levied on CoD deliveries.

 

Can I customize an order?

We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements such as:

·         You have a specific occasion coming up, such as a wedding, and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste, or

·         You may wish to modify the design (embroidery, pattern, fabric) of a showcased outfit at theluxurylabel.in for eg: You may wish to add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse.

All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order.

Please follow the steps below to make your very own personalized purchase:

1.   Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are able to provide. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible.

2.   You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with price.

We will then arrange for a payment to be made for the amount of the order and a confirmation e-mail of the order will be sent to you.

How do I know that my order placed on theluxurylabel.in has been confirmed?

On receiving your order, we will confirm the same with an e-mail. Each order will have a unique order number in the email. You can use this order number for all inquiries pertaining to your order.

How can I track my order?

On the day we dispatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the order tracking number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your tracking number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

While most orders are processed and dispatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide up to 4 -6 weeks for processing your order, since the orders are dependent on designers, stock availability and customization. We will keep you informed of any changes in the shipping schedule.

What should I do if a damaged parcel has been left for me?
If your parcel was left for you at home or if anyone accepted the same on your behalf and it is damaged, the parcel is considered as “Accepted”. If on opening your parcel you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform us via email on care@theluxurylabel.in within 48 hours of the receipt of your order.

 

I have received an incorrect product in my order. What do I do?
If you notice that the items you’ve received do not contain the items you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will have the same picked up and resend the correct order.

 

I am unhappy with the product I have received on COD. Should I call the delivery agent? 
If you are unhappy with the product received, call our Customer Care and inform them about your dissatisfaction. Please note that the courier agent who has come for delivery is not authorised to pick up returned parcels. Please through the return and exchange policy to know more.

 

What happens if I refuse to accept an order placed under COD?
Customers who order products under COD and refuse to pay on delivery are automatically blocked by TheLuxuryLabel.in system. This means they will not be allowed to place an order from TheLuxuryLabel.in via the COD mode again. The customer can continue to shop via online payment though.

 

Can I cancel an order that I have placed?
While we have no option for a customer to cancel an order once placed, you can get in touch with our Customer Care within 3 hours of the order being placed. If the order is in the processing stage, we can cancel it and refund the amount as store credit into your registered TheLuxuryLabel.in account.

 

I had ordered two products and want to return only one. What do I do?
You can go ahead and call Customer Care and they will guide you the return process.

 

Will I get a refund for a cancelled order?
TheLuxuryLabel.in will refund the entire amount within 15 days from the date of claim by the customer, either by crediting you with equivalent amount of store credit into your account in stylista.com or by way of refund.

 

Is there a time line to use my Store Credits, which reflects in my registered account?
Yes. The store credit is only valid for 3 months from the date it is credited into your TheLuxuryLabel.in account.

 

Can I transfer the Store Credits reflecting in my account to any other registered account?
No, you cannot transfer your store credit to any other registered account in the TheLuxuryLabel.in system.
